Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will only offer full refund/ or replacement on an item that is faulty beyond repair.
Exchanges:
If you do have a change of mind we must be notified within 5 days of receiving your order.
Orders may be exchanged for store credit to the full amount minus shipping & must be used within 6 months from purchase date.
We curate each capsule with all garments/ items fitting into the size as listed. Because of this unfortunately we can’t accept individual items for exchange.
We understand that sizes could vary from brand to brand and not all will run on the same sizing chart. We try our hardest to consider this when curating the capsules and where necessary will often size up one size for that relaxed oversized fit, or for your mini to grow into.
If the entire capsule has been incorrectly ordered for your mini’s size, and the correct size capsule is still available, please email hello@stylemymini.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order and we will process an exchange of the original capsule for the capsule in your correct size (subject to availability).
When returning your capsule to us, please include a note inside the box with your name & the size you'd like to swap for, so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible. As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage so we ask you to send it back using tracked postage.
Process:
If you would like to return your full order for exchange and receive a store credit, please notify us by emailing hello@stylemymini.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order with reason for return. Only full orders will be accepted not individual items.
After confirming your return, we will then email you our Returns Form to print out & complete along with your individual return # number.
You must include your full name, email, postal address and return number. As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage so we ask you to send it back using tracked postage.
Please note we can not accept any items for return if they have been worn and they all must be in original condition, unwashed, with all tags still on. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and issue your credit note.
You have 28 days to complete this return shipment to us. Any items received by Style my mini that do not comply with our return conditions will be returned to the sender. Store credit will be issued to you once we have inspected all the items.
Shipping:
Style my mini are currently only shipping to locations within Australia.
Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $12.99 (AUD) per capsule.
After your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use track and trace your order.
